Pre-Audit

The Pre-Audit is on an agreed fee basis. This includes the pre-payment audit of all freight bills. After reviewing all your agreements between your company and the carriers and “arming” ourselves with all the available information, we will be able to Pre-Audit your invoices, correcting before payment. We will withhold all invoices that are incorrectly billed and seek corrections accordingly. Upon final disposition and receipt of corrected invoices, we will send on with authorization for payment.

PTS: Consulting

Post-Audit

The Post-Audit is done after the invoices have been paid. The Post-Audit charge is on an agreed percentage amount of actual revenue recovered for your business. The carriers make the refund checks payable directly to you C/O Phoenix Traffic Service. You are supplied with all information regarding the claim upon payment. When requested, Phoenix Traffic Service can provide logistical counseling along with the Post-Audit. Because we see all your bills we will see patterns, uncover misleading rates, watch traffic, lane usage, etc.
