Stephen Orcutt

Steve is the Owner and President of Phoenix Traffic Service, and has over 40 years of experience in Traffic and Logistics. Steve is a graduate of Arizona State University and pursued his post-graduate work at the University of Arizona. He is a member of several transportation related associations such as Delta Nu Alpha (Past President) and FTCA (formerly NAFTC). Due to Steve’s real-world transportation and logistics experience, he stays on the cutting edge of transportation logistics and is committed to combining and enforcing ground-breaking technologies with quality and service capitalizing on every opportunity in the client’s supply chain.


Marilee Orcutt

Marilee is the Office Administrator and Audit Specialist for Phoenix Traffic Service. She is a graduate of Arizona State University. She has worked in the field of logistics for over 30 years with emphasis on claim/dispute resolution acting as a liaison between customers and carriers. Marilee has been instrumental in successfully coordinating and resolving shipment requirements for the clients helping them achieve their goals by customizing cost-saving solutions. As part of our Community Service Outreach, Marilee has volunteered over 5000 hrs to our Veterans here in Phoenix, AZ.

Larry Patterson: Phoenix Traffic Service

Larry Patterson

Larry is the Traffic & Logistics Manager for Phoenix Traffic Service. Larry earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University. He has over 25 years of experience working and managing in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics management with two Fortune 100 companies in Phoenix, AZ. This experience gave him “hands-on” knowledge in LTL, T/L, Expedited surface, airfreight (domestic/international), ocean and/or customs brokerage. Larry implements custom-designed supply chain solutions that help cut costs, reduce cycle time, improve customer service, integrate technology and help with executing new strategies.
